Principle:

1. Put workpiece in the drum of rubber tracks,   press the "run" button, close the shot blasting chamber pneumatic door , and start the shotblast cleaning,.

2. Crawler is running forward, the workpiece is constant with rolling.

3. Efficient power shot blasting machine shot the  high-speed projectile to rolling workpiece surface,  then artifacts can be cleared completely.

4. Steel shot get through the shoe on the sneak hole into the screw conveyor ,  and then conveyed into fighter hoist . at last, steel shot get into separator from fighter hoist , then be storaged after separated. 

5.After the shot blasting chamber door open, caterpillar inversion, remove artifacts.

                                                                       

Features:

1.Using cantilever centrifugal type shot blasting machine, has the characteristics of simple structure and long service life. 

2.B E type separator, good separation effect and higher productivity, have a positive effect to improve the blade . 

3.USES the bag filter, dust emission concentration is lower than the standards stipulated by the state, has greatly improved the working environment of the operator. 
4.Adopt wear-resisting rubber tracks, reduces the workpiece collisions and damage, reduce the noise of the machine.
