Centrifugal Barrel Tumbler Product Description:
CB40 High Energy Centrifugal Barrel Tumbler machines are the most efficient mass finishing equipment.
With the compact design and small footprint, they feature 48 pieces of small, removable barrels. Each barrel has independent space with removable PU insert. This is good for delicate parts that sensitive on impingements.
If you purchase another set of 48 barrels, when the machine runs one set of the barrels, your operator can prepare another set at the same time. This can drastically reduce idle time of the machine.
Either aggressive material removal or mirror polishing, the CB40 series machine can achieve the desired finish in a short time. The typical application includes jewelry polishing, dental polishing, 3D printed parts post-treatment.
