Vibrofinisare Machine Product Description:
In the mass finishing process, a container consisting of the workpieces and tumbling media is subjected to a controlled gyratory vibration. The vibration causes the tumbling media and workpieces to rub against each other, resulting in a polished look. Vibratory deburring is one of the most cost-effective mass finishing processes as it requires minimal or no labor.
Inovatec offers continuous feed and batch feed variants of tumbling equipment. The unload flap and separation screen allows quick separation of workpieces from the tumbling media. Our VBS (B) series machine has an extended separation deck with multiple separation holes.

Seria EC
Utilajele EC sunt aparatele mutifuncţionale cele mai raspandite din gama rotovibratoarelor Inovatec. La acest tip de echipament cuva de lucru are o forma speciala, astfel incat este realizata o panta semi-inalta adecvata pentru a prelucra şi a separa atat piese mici, cat şi voluminoase; ideal şi pentru piese sensibile.
Seria Euro
Seria de utilaje Euro dispune de tehnologia ideala pentru maşini adaptata la procese de lucru complet automatizate. Cuva de lucru este dotata cu o panta integrala şi cu o clapeta de separare activata pneumatic, astfel incat se poate realiza - impreuna cu tehnologia de basculare prin greutate, dezvoltata de Inovatec - o prelucrare şi separare automata.
Seria A
O clasa deosebita de capacitate o reprezinta seria A de maşini, impreuna cu separatoarele magnetice MS/E-V puternice. Aici centrul de atenţie este exclusiv orientat spre prelucrarea şi separarea eficienta a pieselor magnetice. Procesul de lucru automatizat poate fi reglat şi monitorizat comod prin intermediul sistemului de comanda al instalaţiei.
Seria R
Roto-Vibratoarele, avand cuva de lucru cu fundul plan, pot prelucra cu precadere piese mari, voluminoase, insa şi piese sensibile. In acest scop se utilizeaza integrarea optima a piesei in spaţiul de lucru printre elementele de şlefuire, iar componentele care necesita o prelucrare individuala absoluta vor fi prelucrate - separate cu ajutorul separatoarelor cu pale - fara a se atinge intre ele. Prelevarea pieselor se efectueaza de catre operatorul instalaţiei. Prin intermediul unei clapete de evacuare la partea inferioara, ce poate fi livrata opţional, maşina poate fi golita complet, iar separarea pieselor şi a elementelor de şlefuire se poate realiza extern.
Long Radius
Maşinile Long Radius sunt instalaţii speciale de şlefuire destinate sarcinilor delicate de prelucrare; pot lucra in şarje sau in flux continuu.Dimensiunile cuvei de lucru sunt alese in mod ideal, deoarece laţimea şi adancimea utila sunt egale la o rotunjire bilaterala.Aceasta optimizeaza integrarea piesei concomitent cu o excelenta mişcare a valţurilor.
