pressure blasting on heavy parts and large batches up to 800 pounds. Available in capacities of 2.5,3.5,7 cubic feet, the standard tumble belt cabinet includes up to ten Inovatec automatic blast guns that can be positioned to suit the part load. An optional pressure blast system lets you dramatically reduce cleaning times or increase peening intensity.

Working Principle:
The pill material stored in the lower part of the separation tank by the feed tube into the shot blasting parts,shot blast wheel at high speed rotation by blasting machine motor,the pill is accelerate to 80m/s clean the surface,high speed energy pills material impact worksurface.Under negative pressure pills materials and dust back to the dust depauperation box,where they completed the separation of pill material and dust and impurities,good pill material into the shot blasting parts continue to use,dust and impurities are filtered slip to closed set dust box waiting to be processed.
Blasting is finished by mechanical methods (steel shot or grit) projectile at a high speed and a certain angle to the work surface, let out the impact surface and the inside of the machine by supporting the air flow of the vacuum cleaner cleaning action, impurities out and clean up can be separately recycled, can be used again and blast technology. The machine is equipped with dust, dust-free, pollution-free construction, improve efficiency,and protect the environment.
Machine operation can be controlled and steel shot's size, shape are selectable, walking speed and steel shot flow rate can be adjusted for different surface requirements.
