Introduction

alloy wheel vibration polishing machine The Inovatec designed MV series surface finishing machine is specially designed for car wheel surface deburring, refurbishing, polishing. The application including alumina wheels, motorcycle wheels, car wheels as well as huge truck wheels.

The main features for MV series surface finishing machine with 2 or 3 high performance vibratory motors with adjustable frequency motor with low vibratory amplitude.

The wheel is mounted on bottom of the vibratory bowl with mechanical anchoring device which allows super fine finishing surface of high value added components

Principal

In MV vibratory polishing machine, the components parts are not move freely together with media. During processing, grinding media or polishing media is flows systematically around the fixed parts (wheel). This makes a highly continuous surface pattern same externally and internally.

As the complex surface geometry is finished evenly, some area even hard to reach area can be finished economically.
